Knock is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support the customer journey from application to closing. You'll assist Loan Officers by gathering documentation and providing product overviews. This role is remote and ideal for entry-level candidates.
You are someone who is eager to start your career in the finance industry, particularly in the realm of home buying and selling. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable working with customers to guide them through the loan application process. You understand the importance of attention to detail and are committed to ensuring that all necessary documentation is gathered accurately and efficiently.
