Crusoe is hiring a Workplace Site Coordinator to support daily operations at their data center construction site in Amarillo, TX. You'll coordinate logistics, vendor services, and ensure workplace safety and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have experience in operations coordination, ideally within a construction or data center environment. You understand the importance of maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, and you are skilled in managing logistics and vendor relationships. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to keep track of multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations at the site. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. You are committed to promoting health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
In this role, you will support daily operational needs at the data center construction site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage scheduling, materials coordination, and workforce support, playing a critical role in maintaining site readiness. You will oversee the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) and track supplies to ensure that all necessary materials are available for the team. Onboarding processes for contractors and visitors will also fall under your purview, where you will handle badge issuance, site orientation, and compliance checks. You will coordinate site tours for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the progress and capabilities of the site. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors for deliveries, catering, janitorial, and other on-site services, ensuring that all logistical needs are met. You will track and document daily operational activities, escalating any issues to the Operations Manager as needed. Your role will also involve providing general administrative and operational support to ensure seamless site execution, contributing to a workplace that is safe, functional, and aligned with Crusoe's brand and standards.
