You possess a deep understanding of data frameworks and have experience designing and building features that utilize unified data models. Your ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to every phase of the software development lifecycle sets you apart. You are a collaborative team player who communicates with transparency and assumes positive intent, fostering a resilient and high-performing culture.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. You are also open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Data Frameworks team, you will design and build features using Ridgeline’s unified data model framework to support enterprise-grade software for investment managers. You will contribute business insight, design thinking, and engineering expertise to create high-quality features that meet the needs of the investment management industry. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software solutions you develop are scalable and secure.

You will lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge to help them grow in their careers. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the team and the organization as a whole. You will also participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the codebase remains maintainable and efficient.
