Associate Data Analyst

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. With 0–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or business analytics role, including internships or project experience, you are eager to apply your skills in a practical setting. You possess a foundational understanding of data analysis and are keen to learn more about enterprise data systems and reporting tools. You are a critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders to translate their reporting needs into clear, data-driven solutions.

What you'll do

In your role as an Associate Data Analyst, you will maintain and enhance operational dashboards and performance reports for Policy Services. You will partner with business stakeholders to analyze trends, identify data anomalies, and provide recommendations for process improvement. Supporting the development of SQL queries and data visualizations will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as KPI tracking across service areas. You will collaborate with BI engineers and data governance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency, assisting with ad hoc data pulls, reporting requests, and business reviews. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation and process standardization for recurring reports and metrics, and participate in onboarding and cross-training to support business continuity and knowledge sharing.
