Groupon is hiring a CRM Manager to design and execute lifecycle and monetization strategies that enhance customer engagement. You'll leverage skills in SQL, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to drive results. This role is fully remote based in Spain.
You have a strong background in CRM and customer engagement, with at least 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing. You are data-driven and enjoy making decisions based on analytics — your expertise in SQL and Google Analytics allows you to extract insights that inform your strategies. You are familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, and you understand how to leverage these platforms to enhance customer relationships and drive monetization. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing and customer segmentation strategies. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and strategies to stakeholders and have a knack for storytelling through data. You are proactive and take initiative in your projects, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will design and execute lifecycle and monetization strategies that align with Groupon's key business goals. You will own end-to-end CRM projects, from planning to launch, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet the desired objectives. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for acquisition, retention, and reactivation, and you will work closely with marketing and product teams to implement these strategies effectively. Your role will involve regular reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining customer segmentation strategies to ensure that messaging is tailored and relevant. Collaborating with the analytics team, you will track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results. You will play a crucial role in shaping the CRM strategy that strengthens customer relationships and drives monetization across global markets.
Groupon offers a dynamic work environment where innovation is encouraged and rewarded. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our CRM strategies and contribute to the success of local businesses worldwide. We provide competitive compensation and benefits, along with a culture that values autonomy and collaboration. Join us in our mission to transform the way customers discover experiences and services while supporting local businesses.
