Instacart is hiring a Product Analyst to drive category growth and enhance the Shopping Marketplace experience. You'll collaborate with product managers and engineers, utilizing SQL and Google Analytics to uncover insights. This role is fully remote within the United States.
You have 3+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a fast-paced environment where you've partnered with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and analyze data effectively, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that inform product strategy. You are proficient in using Google Analytics to track user behavior and measure the success of product initiatives. Your experience with A/B testing enables you to design experiments that optimize user experiences and drive engagement. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product managers, engineers, and operators to shape strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made across the organization. You are passionate about leveraging analytics to improve product offerings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
In this role, you will join Instacart’s Product Analytics - Core X team, focusing on category growth and the Shopping Marketplace experience. You will partner closely with product managers and engineers to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, as well as collaborating on product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and enhancements, providing recommendations based on your findings. You will also create dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders, helping to inform product development and marketing strategies. Your role will involve working in a fast-moving environment with significant executive visibility, where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth trajectory. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product analytics, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and methodologies.

The company provides competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $124,000—$158,000 depending on your location and experience.
