Your client-facing experience has equipped you with the skills to engage effectively with dealers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are adept at problem-solving to enhance dealer satisfaction. You are comfortable with upselling products and features, demonstrating the value of TrueCar's offerings to existing clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively makes you an effective liaison between dealers and the TrueCar team. You are organized and capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining a focus on strategic goals and profitability.
