TrueCar is hiring an Account Manager to engage, manage, and retain dealer accounts in Connecticut and New York. You'll be responsible for upselling products and acting as a liaison between dealers and TrueCar. Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the automotive or digital marketplace sectors. Your client-facing experience has equipped you with the skills to engage effectively with dealers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are adept at problem-solving to enhance dealer satisfaction. You are comfortable with upselling products and features, demonstrating the value of TrueCar's offerings to existing clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively makes you an effective liaison between dealers and the TrueCar team. You are organized and capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining a focus on strategic goals and profitability.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at TrueCar, you will serve as a field service provider, engaging with dealer accounts within your designated territory. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and retain these accounts, ensuring a consistent revenue stream aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will visit dealers daily, fostering relationships and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve upselling TrueCar products and features, acting as a trusted advisor to help dealers maximize their success with our platform. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Dealer Services to align your efforts with broader company objectives. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the services we offer to our dealer partners. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and addressing any challenges that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for our dealers.
