As an Associate Manager on the DashMart S&O team, you will own analytic support for pricing initiatives at DashMart. You will strategize and set the vision for pricing across various SKUs, baskets, and categories. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering, category management, inventory management, and product management teams to support pricing initiatives. You will build dashboards and analyze A/B test results, translating findings into guardrails and playbooks for pricing strategies. Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge of data to model demand, elasticity, and unit economics, identifying opportunities to improve pricing processes and initiatives. Your work will directly impact the affordability of grocery delivery for customers, making it a vital role within the organization.
