Unity is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead high-impact alliances that advance Unity’s engine, AI-enabled capabilities, and industry solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking and partnership management skills.
You have a proven track record in strategic partnerships, with at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the tech or gaming industry. Your ability to navigate complex business landscapes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders is second nature to you. You possess a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth and innovation. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while aligning them with organizational goals. You thrive in cross-functional environments and excel at translating high-level strategies into actionable plans. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in AI, data analytics, or monetization strategies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Unity’s products and services will help you hit the ground running. A background in business development or corporate strategy is also beneficial, as is a network of contacts within the gaming and tech industries.
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead initiatives that drive Unity’s growth through strategic alliances. You will work closely with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities that align with Unity’s vision and objectives.
