Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, ideally with experience in the fintech or crypto space — your portfolio showcases your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are proficient in Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design element serves a purpose and enhances usability. You understand the importance of human-centered design and are passionate about making complex concepts accessible to users. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to bring your designs to life. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your work and the overall product. You have a solid understanding of design systems and can contribute effectively to their development and maintenance.

Desirable

Experience with crypto or blockchain technology is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with user research methodologies will help you gather insights that inform your design decisions. A background in mobile design is also beneficial, as you will be creating experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Phantom, you will lead the design process for the Wallet Platform from conception to launch — collaborating with product managers and engineers to define new product flows and integrate them into our design system. You will take complex, conceptual ideas and transform them into user-friendly designs that enhance the overall experience for our users. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that the final product meets the needs of our diverse user base. You will also be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision to stakeholders. Throughout the design process, you will advocate for the user, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of every decision. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team.
