Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through effective use of technology. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and improve customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring that each customer receives the attention they need to succeed.

Desirable

Experience with integration platforms or automation tools is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce. A background in project management can also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and guiding them through the adoption process. You are comfortable working during US business hours and can adjust your schedule to meet customer needs.

What you'll do
