You are comfortable explaining complex analyses and recommendations to executives while also discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Your ability to engage with engineering staff to troubleshoot deployment issues and present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders is a key strength.
Experience with rack and stack, device commissioning, and quality acceptance control is a plus. You thrive in environments where you can facilitate review and acceptance of vendor handover documentation and assist upstream planning, design, and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements and delivery expectations. Your proactive approach to engaging with various teams ensures that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role will involve facilitating discussions to ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and timelines. You will also engage with engineering staff to troubleshoot deployment issues, determining root causes and solutions while presenting your team's analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors, ensuring that all aspects of network deployments are executed smoothly. Your expertise in network capacity planning will be crucial as you help shape the global delivery of network capacity, enabling Google's users to access content and services efficiently. You will also facilitate the review and acceptance of vendor handover documentation, ensuring that all deliverables meet Google's high standards.
At Google, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to building products that create opportunities for everyone. You will have the chance to work on innovative projects that have a significant impact on how users access Google's services. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
