Bloom is seeking a Fractional HR & Talent Advisor to partner with small to mid-sized companies in building inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures. This contract role requires expertise in HR advisory and talent strategy, with a focus on creating scalable people systems.
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in shaping workplace culture and driving talent strategy. You understand the unique needs of small to mid-sized businesses and are passionate about building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. You have a track record of implementing effective HR systems and processes that align with organizational values. You thrive in a contract role, enjoying the flexibility of working with multiple clients while making a meaningful impact in their organizations. You are comfortable being hands-on with day-to-day HR tasks while also engaging in strategic planning and advisory work. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with founders and leadership teams to develop tailored HR solutions. You are committed to fostering an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the success of the organization.
Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives is a plus, as is familiarity with leadership coaching and recruitment support. You may have worked with founder-led companies before and understand the challenges they face in building strong people systems without the need for a full-time HR hire.
In this role, you will act as a fractional HR partner for one of Bloom's clients, co-building and implementing people systems that create the foundation for thriving workplace cultures. You will work closely with the client to understand their unique needs and develop tailored HR strategies that align with their business goals. Your responsibilities will include providing HR advisory services, supporting recruitment efforts, and helping to craft policies and processes that promote inclusivity and high performance. You will engage in leadership coaching to empower managers and foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be involved in the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that the client has the support they need to build a strong organizational culture.
