VTEX is seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to support various procurement activities and enhance vendor management. This role requires basic knowledge of procurement processes and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
You have 1-2 years of experience in procurement and possess a basic understanding of procurement processes, including the procurement lifecycle, sourcing, and supplier management. Your initial knowledge of negotiation techniques will support contract negotiations and help achieve favorable terms. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential, including the ability to use pivot tables effectively. You are fluent in English and have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Additionally, Spanish language skills are a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders. Your excellent organizational skills will help you manage multiple tasks efficiently.
