DoorDash is seeking a Manager for their Retail Strategy & Operations team to enhance the shopping experience for retail customers. You'll collaborate across various teams to leverage data for improving product presentation and customer decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in strategy and operations.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in retail or e-commerce. You understand how to leverage data to enhance customer experiences and have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Marketing. You are comfortable with data analysis and can translate insights into actionable strategies that improve the shopping experience. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in the retail industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in product management or marketing can also be beneficial as you work closely with these teams to drive initiatives forward.
