Overview

KnowBe4 is seeking a Channel Account Manager to manage and develop partnerships that drive deal registrations and new customers. This role is based in Cape Town and requires strong relationship management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your experience includes working with partners to drive sales and enhance customer relationships. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at building rapport with diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to achieving shared goals. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are driven to exceed expectations. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced industry.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or technology sales is a plus. Familiarity with channel sales strategies and partner management will set you apart. A background in training or education sales can also be beneficial. You are comfortable using CRM tools and data analytics to inform your strategies and decisions.

What you'll do

As a Channel Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a variety of partners. Your role will involve supporting and developing these partnerships to drive increased deal registrations and attract new customers. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate on strategies to enhance partner performance. You will also engage in regular communication with partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to succeed. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and driving results.
