Revance is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine Operator to maintain filling machines in their Johnson City facility. This role requires attention to detail and mechanical skills, with a focus on ensuring quality production.
You have a high school diploma and ideally possess vocational training as a machine operator, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You are mechanically inclined and have strong troubleshooting skills, which are essential for maintaining and repairing equipment. Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for monitoring machine operations and ensuring that quality standards are met. You are comfortable working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility and can perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and climbing as required by the job.
As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining all filling machines in the facility. You will monitor machines during every procedure to ensure they are running optimally and troubleshoot any problems that arise during operation. Regular and preventative maintenance procedures will be part of your routine, and you will perform random tests to ensure accuracy in production. Additionally, you will maintain activity logs and assist in other areas as needed to support the production team.
