Overview

ChowNow is seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to architect revenue excellence across their go-to-market ecosystem. This strategic role involves enablement for all revenue-generating functions, focusing on driving growth and success for independent restaurants.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in revenue enablement, with extensive experience in developing strategies that drive sales performance and enhance customer engagement. Your leadership skills are complemented by a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives. You are a natural communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally.

Desirable

Experience in the restaurant technology sector or a similar industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools that enhance customer acquisition and retention. A background in sales training or coaching would also be beneficial, enabling you to effectively mentor and develop your team.
