E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we’re on a mission to change that.
We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: scaling faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Since 2018, we’ve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 500+ brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With 110+ employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfillment faster, smarter, and greener.

Backed by $20+M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we’re scaling rapidly — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.

About the role 🚀

We’ve grown from 30 to 110 Bigbluers in just a few years — and we’re just getting started.
As Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our next phase of growth. Your mission: attract, engage, and hire the best talent to support our ambitions across France, Spain, Germany and the UK — from key leadership roles to high-impact individual contributors.
You will own the entire recruitment strategy and operations while collaborating closely with our leadership team and hiring managers. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we scale, build talent pipelines for critical roles, and make Bigblue a magnet for top candidates.

Missions ✍️

🎯 Define and lead Bigblue’s talent acquisition strategy — align hiring priorities with business objectives and ensure we have the talent needed to succeed.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Lead, coach, and develop other TAMs as the team scales.
🔎 Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
🚀 Build and nurture talent pipelines — proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with top talent across key markets and functions.
🤝 Partner with hiring managers — advise, coach, and challenge them to define needs clearly, write compelling job descriptions, and make great hires.
🌟 Drive employer branding initiatives — showcase Bigblue’s culture, mission, and impact to attract the best candidates in a competitive market.
📊 Measure and optimize — track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and continuously improve our hiring processes.


What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proven success managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and closing senior-level roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, especially for tech and operations roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills — you're comfortable advising hiring managers and challenging when needed.
- Passion for creating a great candidate experience and building authentic employer branding.
- Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.
