You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly within sales roles, and understand the nuances of hiring for quota-carrying positions. Your experience allows you to assess candidates not only for their sales acumen but also for their alignment with a mission-driven organization focused on responsible AI deployment. You are skilled in developing strategic recruiting plans tailored to sales hiring, including competitive mapping and territory-based sourcing strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively partner with sales leadership to build high-performing teams. You are passionate about finding talent that not only excels in sales but also shares a commitment to ethical AI practices. You understand the importance of cultural fit and are adept at identifying candidates who will contribute positively to the team dynamics.
Experience in recruiting for technology companies or startups is a plus. Familiarity with AI or tech-related sales roles will enhance your ability to identify the right candidates. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for all sales roles, from individual contributors to senior sales leaders, across Enterprise, Commercial, and Strategic Account segments. You will develop and execute strategic recruiting plans tailored to sales hiring, ensuring that you attract the best talent in the market. You will partner closely with sales leadership to understand their hiring needs and create a pipeline of qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' fit for both the role and the company culture. You will also manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. As you build the sales organization, you will play a key role in shaping the team dynamics and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve your strategies and processes.
