Roblox is seeking an International Strategic Response Manager for the APAC region to ensure operational compliance and manage regulatory requests. This role requires exceptional program management and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
You have a strong background in program management, with experience in coordinating high-priority regulatory requests across international markets. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effectively partner with regional and country leaders, ensuring that all requests are triaged and tracked through resolution. You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with teams from International, Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering to align on strategic objectives. You are detail-oriented and capable of signaling when escalation is necessary, ensuring that Roblox remains compliant and operational in the APAC region. You understand the importance of creating safer, more civil shared experiences and are motivated by the mission to connect a billion people with optimism.
In your role as International Strategic Response Manager, you will be responsible for managing execution of regulatory requests in the APAC region. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will include triaging incoming requests, tracking their progress, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams. You will also be expected to provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis of regulatory trends and challenges in the region. As part of your responsibilities, you will report directly to the Head of International Strategy and Ops, contributing to the overall strategy and operational excellence of Roblox in the APAC markets.
