You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring they are engaged and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which help you navigate conflicts and foster team development. You thrive in ever-changing environments and have a proven track record of being a change agent, improving processes and efficiencies. Your ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this role, as is your physical capability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 49 pounds during shifts.
