Immuta is seeking a Resident Solution Architect to guide customers through the implementation and long-term adoption of their data provisioning platform. You'll work with technologies like AWS, Azure, and Snowflake to ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. This position supports the US East territory.
You have a strong background in solution architecture, ideally with 5+ years of experience in guiding customers through technical implementations and ensuring they derive value from their investments. Your expertise spans cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and you are familiar with data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
Experience with data governance and security practices is a plus, as is familiarity with hybrid cloud environments. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to changing customer requirements. A background in data analytics or data science can also enhance your ability to support customers effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical delivery and providing strategic advisory services to customers. You will guide them through the implementation and configuration of Immuta’s platform, ensuring they understand how to leverage its capabilities for secure data access. You will work closely with customers to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, helping them to operationalize the platform effectively. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and workshops to empower customers and ensure long-term adoption of the platform. You will also collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer experiences and suggest improvements to the platform. As a key member of the Technical Success team, you will contribute to the overall success of Immuta by driving customer satisfaction and retention.
