As a Recruiter supporting our Stores organization in Turkey, you'll develop and implement effective hiring strategies, identify exceptional candidates, and partner with key stakeholders across the business. This role combines your expertise in Talent Acquisition with opportunities to build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
• Leverage your expertise to identify and engage diverse talent, applying targeted sourcing and closing strategies tailored to specific roles and teams.
• Drive data-informed decisions through expert analysis of recruitment metrics and pipeline data, while utilizing your domain knowledge to effectively assess candidates across various levels.
• Develop and execute creative candidate engagement strategies across multiple channels, including industry events, conferences, and professional communities, with impact that extends both locally and across regions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with client teams and candidates, creating valuable talent networks that consistently generate positive outcomes.
• Champion exceptional candidate experiences by guiding hiring teams in recruitment best practices, including crafting compelling job descriptions, developing effective messaging, and articulating clear value propositions.
• Apply your understanding of regional and international employment laws to ensure compliant hiring practices and share this expertise with team members to maintain high standards across recruitment operations.- Bachelors Degree
- Extensive experience sourcing across a variety of job families across Turkey
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior level stakeholders
- Experience working with a high volume of data to drive effective strategies
- Experience building quality candidate pipelines from scratch
- Fluency in Turkish and English language- Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Turkey
- Experience closing a variety of positions at different seniority levels simultaneously
