Businessolver is seeking a Client Services Lead to enhance the MEGA client experience. You'll act as the primary liaison for large clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication. This role requires a strong background in account management.
You have a strong background in account management and client services, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with large clients. You thrive in a remote work environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between clients and production teams, ensuring that goals and timelines are clearly understood and met. You are detail-oriented, capable of managing comprehensive client documentation, and are adept at conducting training sessions for new client administrators. You understand the importance of a service-oriented culture and are committed to maximizing client satisfaction.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest and most complex clients, ensuring they receive the Businessolver experience with a delightful touch. You will conduct and manage client calls, providing comprehensive training to new client administrators and maintaining all client documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures. You will work closely with production teams to communicate client goals and objectives, ensuring that all parties are aligned and that client needs are met promptly. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the overall client experience, ensuring that Businessolver continues to redefine excellence in benefits administration.
