You have 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering, focusing on failure analysis and corrective actions. Your background includes working with PCBAs and understanding the physics of hardware failures — you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at utilizing design schematics and test equipment to identify issues. Your experience in electrical engineering equips you with the knowledge to tackle complex challenges in satellite technology.

Desirable

Experience with embedded systems and familiarity with satellite technology will set you apart. You have a keen interest in R&D and are excited about working on cutting-edge technology that supports national security efforts. What you'll do

As a Senior Hardware Reliability Engineer for Starshield, you will perform detailed failure analysis of satellite hardware, identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability.
