Sanitation Associate

Who you are

You are someone who can perform essential sanitation functions with or without reasonable accommodation. You understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness in a food production environment and are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food production equipment and machinery. You are capable of working in a temperature-controlled environment and can regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. You adhere to all safety standards and requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

What you'll do

As a Sanitation Associate at HelloFresh, you will perform typical sanitation tasks to support the production team and the entire facility. Your responsibilities will include removing waste, debris, and refuse, transporting empty boxes to compactors, and monitoring the outside of the facility for waste and debris. You will be tasked with sanitizing equipment and floors at the end of shifts, as well as cleaning and sanitizing tools and receptacles as needed. You will work various shifts, including Sunday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Sunday to Wednesday from 8:00 pm to 6:30 am, and Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 am. You will receive training on your first day to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
