Who you are

You have a proven track record of managing complex programs in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to engage with cross-functional teams — including business, technical, and operational stakeholders — sets you apart as a leader in driving strategic initiatives. You thrive in environments that require continuous improvement and are adept at using data to inform decision-making processes.

Your expertise in logistics and supply chain management is complemented by your strong analytical skills. You are comfortable running capacity analyses, managing inventory health, and forecasting demand to ensure that operations run smoothly. You understand the intricacies of transportation planning and are skilled at synchronizing supply and demand over various time horizons.

You are a natural communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute their best ideas. You are passionate about creating a customer-centric culture and are driven by the desire to deliver exceptional results.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, you will lead high-visibility projects that impact the entire supply chain for AMXL Japan. Your role will involve engaging with various teams to develop and implement logistics solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to forecast demand and optimize inventory management practices.

You will run simulations and scenarios to provide insights to leadership, ensuring that the supply chain is aligned with customer needs. Your ability to manage complex projects will be crucial as you drive continuous improvements across Fulfillment Centers and transportation execution teams. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization.
