D2L is seeking a Program Manager for their Corporate Program Management Office to drive business outcomes through the successful execution of corporate programs and projects. This role requires extensive experience in Corporate PMOs and operational leadership.

You have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through the successful execution and delivery of corporate programs and projects. With extensive experience in Corporate PMOs, you understand the intricacies of managing multiple stakeholders and aligning project goals with organizational objectives. You possess strong leadership skills and can motivate teams to achieve their best work while navigating complex challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across departments. You are detail-oriented and excel at managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and problem-solving, and you are committed to continuous improvement in project management practices.

What you'll do

As the Program Manager in the Corporate PMO, you will lead the planning and execution of key corporate initiatives that align with D2L's mission to transform education. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Your role will involve developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in project management. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will help shape the strategic direction of corporate programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the PMO.
