You have over 5 years of experience in revenue operations or related fields, with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and systems. Your expertise includes leading cross-functional teams to implement and optimize CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You are proficient in Salesforce and Zuora, having successfully managed integrations and transformations in previous roles. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and drive improvements in revenue processes. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges and implement innovative solutions. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end Quote to Cash transformation at GitLab, shaping the design and implementation of integrated solutions that support the company's growth. You will define the architecture and roadmap for the CPQ and revenue ecosystem, ensuring that systems are scalable and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will oversee the implementation of Salesforce and Zuora, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms. You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that optimize revenue processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance GitLab's Quote to Cash strategies.
