As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field client interactions. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and earn commissions based on your performance.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 and year two earnings between $100,000-$120,000.
