Plume is seeking a Professional Services Project/Program Manager to lead implementation projects for ISP customers. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in delivering successful outcomes.
You have a proven track record in project management, ideally with experience in professional services or technology implementations. You understand the nuances of managing projects for Internet Service Providers and can navigate complex stakeholder environments. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
