Overview

Allica Bank is seeking a Vendor Support Analyst to manage vendor data throughout the vendor lifecycle. You'll coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance and performance visibility. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Who you are

You have experience in vendor management or procurement, with a strong understanding of the vendor lifecycle from onboarding to exit. You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high-quality vendor data, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. You excel in coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate effective vendor engagement. Your communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams alike, fostering collaboration and transparency. You are committed to following governance and controls, ensuring that risks are understood and managed effectively. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adaptable to changing priorities, always striving for high-quality outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee vendor management workflows, ensuring that all processes are followed diligently. You will maintain accurate vendor data and support the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and verified. You will engage with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, helping teams work confidently with vendors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vendor performance and compliance, providing insights through management information and dashboards. You will act as a key system user, ensuring that all vendor-related data is up-to-date and accessible. You will also support the exit process for vendors, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to conclude relationships in a professional manner. Your role will be critical in strengthening Allica's resilience and delivering high-quality outcomes through effective vendor management.
