You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the role. You are eager to grow your career in a dynamic company that values its team members.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to connect with customers. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices will help you excel in this position.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, providing information about vehicles, and assisting with the delivery process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism. What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. You can expect to see your pay progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
