Job Description

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital display advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on Amazon.com, across our other owned and operated sites, on other high quality sites across the web, and on millions of Kindles, tablets, and mobile devices. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. We seek product leaders who can think big, deal with ambiguity and innovate on behalf of the customers. In this role, you will draw upon your understanding of digital advertising, technical product and business expertise to define and rapidly execute on cross-functional products, in partnership with business and engineering leaders across Amazon Advertising. You will bring great customer focus, the ability to rapidly prioritize and get things done.

Job Responsibilities:
- Product Insights and Strategy - Identify new business opportunities and work customer backwards to define new products and initiatives that work at scale
- Own key metrics and drive continuous improvement by working closely with engineering and other stakeholders
- Stakeholder management - interface and influence your stakeholders, balancing business needs vs. technical constraints and driving clarity in ambiguous situations
- Interface with industry - interact with ad-tech companies and industry bodies to partner and drive key business objectives
- Industry trends - stay on top of trends in the advertising identity and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver programs to keep Amazon in the forefront of the online ads industry.

- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
