What you'll do

In this role, you will lead partner-facing training initiatives, focusing on Microsoft program updates and best practices. You will collaborate with various teams to develop training materials and resources that enhance partner knowledge and engagement. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, webinars, and workshops to ensure partners are informed and capable of leveraging Microsoft solutions effectively. You will also gather feedback from partners to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

You will work closely with the ITCloud business unit, servicing Canadian IT professionals and their business customers. Your role will involve providing technical, sales, marketing, and administrative enablement to partners, helping them navigate the complexities of the Microsoft ecosystem. You will be a key point of contact for partners, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance on program updates and resources.
