Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are eager to build a career with Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are passionate about delivering happiness to customers and are ready to lead the charge in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively and your commitment to customer satisfaction are key traits that define you. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the requirements of the role.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, as would familiarity with community engagement initiatives. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers during their car-buying journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience, whether it’s delivering their vehicle or assisting them with inquiries. You will actively participate in community events, helping to foster a positive image of Carvana in the local area. Your role will require you to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings, to accommodate customer needs. You will also be involved in performance-based initiatives that allow you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and customer satisfaction metrics. Your commitment to excellence will help drive the success of our team and enhance the overall customer experience.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
