Senior Data Analytics Sales Specialist, Google Cloud (Japanese)

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software or cloud space. Your expertise lies in promoting data analytics or data management technologies to clients, and you possess the ability to communicate fluently in Japanese to build strong relationships with local stakeholders. You have a proven track record of exceeding business goals in a sales role and are adept at working with both internal and external teams, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory existing software estates and build cases for transformation with implementation plans.

Your experience includes prioritizing and planning sales activities and transformation strategies aligned with business cycles related to Data and Analytics. You have successfully supported executive relationships and developed new territories/accounts, ensuring customer success, adoption, and expansion. Your knowledge of trends, products, and solutions in cloud and Data and Analytics, including technologies like BigQuery and Looker, positions you as a valuable asset in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will help grow the Data Analytics business by building and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work closely with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrating product functionality and providing an overview of business use cases. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members, serving as a key lead within the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include leading go-to-market strategies and sales operations, managing campaigns, and providing an exceptional prospect and customer experience.

You will develop analytics solution roadmaps with customers, understanding their requirements on both a business and technical level. Your role will involve working with multiple customers and opportunities while comprehensively understanding each customer’s technology footprint, strategy, growth plans, and business drivers. You will play a crucial role in helping customers transform their businesses using the latest technologies in data analytics.
