Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and closing complex deals. This role requires strong sales execution and technical fluency.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your experience includes developing and executing outbound sales strategies that generate significant opportunities. You are skilled in deep discovery and qualification, adept at uncovering client pain points and aligning solutions to meet their needs. You possess strong storytelling abilities, capable of crafting tailored narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. Your technical fluency allows you to effectively communicate complex solutions and demonstrate their value to potential clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with frameworks like MEDDPICC for deal qualification. A background in working with cloud-based solutions or security products will enhance your ability to engage with clients effectively.
In this role, you will own a defined territory and be responsible for building your own sales pipeline through proactive outreach. You will engage in deep discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and decision-making processes. Your ability to craft compelling value propositions and deliver engaging product demonstrations will be key to closing deals. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and offerings. As you drive net-new revenue, you will also focus on expanding existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Enterprise segment at Elastic.
