You have 4+ years of experience in cloud security and system administration, with a strong understanding of both Windows and Linux environments. You are skilled in designing, building, and configuring IT security tools, and you have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks. Your experience includes developing security standards based on best practices and responding effectively to security incidents. You enjoy providing guidance and leadership to less-experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.

Desirable

Experience with continuous audit solutions and frameworks that help development teams identify flaws before they reach production is a plus. You are creative in your problem-solving approach and are always looking for ways to enhance client satisfaction through innovative security solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build, maintain, and manage a central security policy for our cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. You will develop a continuous audit solution to validate systems against established policies, helping to maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the development of security standards and responding to security incidents, providing on-call support as needed. You will collaborate closely with development teams to implement security measures that prevent vulnerabilities from being introduced into production. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall security strategy of the organization, proposing solutions that not only protect our systems but also delight our clients.
