Google is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support executive-level management and manage administrative tasks. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a high-tech environment and strong organizational skills.
You have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment, adept at handling core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. Your background includes at least 8 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate setting, where you have successfully managed small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. You are organized and analytical, with strong business judgment and communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with a variety of people and job functions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always up to date with the latest Google products and services, using that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. You are proactive in anticipating the needs of your managers and team members, ensuring they stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
In this role, you will be at the heart of your team's business operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will independently prepare meetings for executives or teams, manage calendar events, and execute expense management activities. Your responsibilities will include assessing and advocating for office space needs, planning and organizing internal and external programs and events, and managing event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors. You will also handle travel coordination tasks independently, ensuring that all arrangements are made efficiently and effectively. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial, as you will be leading and managing various tasks that require attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You will play a significant role in supporting the team and making a positive impact on the people you work with, as well as on Google users around the world.
