Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Lithuanian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience within the digital marketing space.
  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and competitive selling.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve goals to deliver growth.
