Formlabs is hiring a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the fulfillment processes and ensure efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on maintaining safety and productivity in the workplace.
You have experience in operations management, ideally within a manufacturing or fulfillment environment, where you've successfully led teams to achieve high performance and efficiency. You understand the importance of maintaining safety standards and creating an organized work environment. You are proactive in addressing workflow interruptions and can make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly. You lead by example, setting high standards for accountability and productivity among your team members. You are comfortable collaborating with quality control teams to ensure that output meets the highest standards. You are adaptable and can shift team members as needed to eliminate bottlenecks or slowdowns in the fulfillment process.
As a Fulfillment Supervisor at Formlabs, you will oversee all aspects of the fulfillment processes, ensuring that operations run with zero downtime and that schedules are adhered to. You will actively support the Quality Control team when needed, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before they reach customers. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, which is crucial for the well-being of your team and the efficiency of operations. You will monitor the fulfillment line closely, addressing any issues that arise to prevent workflow interruptions. Your leadership will be key in driving performance and optimizing team productivity, as you will be responsible for motivating your team and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
