What you'll do

As a Senior HR Analyst at Skillsoft, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Operations team — your primary responsibility will be to analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making. You will assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. This includes preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions to create a welcoming environment for new employees. You will lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your analytical skills will be essential as you create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover and employee satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members across the organization to implement strategies that enhance the overall employee experience.
