You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with experience in technical roles, and you understand the nuances of sourcing talent in the AI and machine learning space. You are skilled at building relationships with hiring managers, helping them define their needs, and guiding them through the hiring process. Your analytical skills allow you to perform recruiting analyses and talent assessments effectively, optimizing search strategies to enhance hiring productivity. In this role, you will contribute to the entire recruiting life-cycle, from sourcing candidates to making hiring decisions. Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $125,000—$157,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and an equity incentive plan.
