You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with experience in technical roles, and you understand the nuances of sourcing talent in the AI and machine learning space. You are skilled at building relationships with hiring managers, helping them define their needs, and guiding them through the hiring process. Your analytical skills allow you to perform recruiting analyses and talent assessments effectively, optimizing search strategies to enhance hiring productivity. Experience in recruiting for technology companies, particularly in AI/ML, is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies and tools will help you excel in this role. In this role, you will contribute to the entire recruiting life-cycle, from sourcing candidates to making hiring decisions. You will manage relationships with hiring managers, developing partnerships to understand their needs and advising them on candidate leveling. Your responsibilities will include conducting talent assessments and recruiting analyses to optimize your search strategy. You will ensure that the hiring process is equitable and inclusive, making adjustments as necessary to attract a diverse pool of candidates. You will also participate in the development of recruitment strategies that align with Waymo's mission and values, ensuring that the hiring process reflects the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $125,000—$157,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and an equity incentive plan.
