What you'll do

As the GTM Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and shipping the infrastructure that powers TwelveLabs' go-to-market operations. This includes creating systems that facilitate communication and data sharing between Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth teams. You will work closely with these teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance their effectiveness. Your role will involve hands-on technical work, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and scalable.

You will also be tasked with automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. This may involve integrating various tools and platforms to create a seamless workflow. You will lead initiatives to optimize data flows, ensuring that all teams have access to the information they need to make informed decisions. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with different departments to align on goals and strategies.
