System Administrator JD
Title : Desktop Support Level 1 / System Administrator L1
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Handle daily technical support activities for endpoint devices and network issues.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic laptop and software issues.
3. Setup software and tools on Windows and MacOS devices.
4. Installation & patching of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
5. On-site and on-call assistance with user issues and requests.
7. Use remote monitoring and session tools.
Requirements:
1. Should have experience with Windows support, DNS and DHCP support.
2. Working Knowledge of Windows OS( Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10) and MacOS.
3. Should have good knowledge in hardware support (printer, system assembling and disassembling, replacing basic parts)
4. Good communication skills for on-call support.
5. Should have experience with MS Office, Outlook and common software.
6. Working knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, VOIP devices, etc.
