We're developing an enterprise-wide intelligent decision system that will serve as AWS Solutions' SaaS layer, revolutionizing how enterprises coordinate decisions across functions through agentic AI. To drive this initiative, we're seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager with deep supply chain expertise to lead our inventory optimization and planning solutions.

In this critical role, you'll own end-to-end product development, from strategy to launch, focusing on AI-powered applications that solve complex supply chain challenges. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in inventory management systems, demand forecasting, and supply planning, combined with strong product management skills. You'll work closely with customers, partners, engineering teams, and senior leadership to define requirements, drive execution, and deliver scalable solutions that transform enterprise supply chain operations.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for inventory optimization solutions, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to solve complex supply chain challenges

• Partner with enterprise customers to deeply understand their inventory management pain points, translating requirements into comprehensive product specifications

• Drive the development of advanced forecasting and planning features, working closely with engineering teams to implement sophisticated inventory algorithms and models

• Own end-to-end product launches, including market analysis, customer validation, and go-to-market strategy for new inventory management capabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder) and optimize inventory workflows

• Define and track key performance metrics for inventory optimization features, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value to customers

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and roadmap to senior leadership and customers


A day in the life
- Review team progress on Roadmap.
- Formulate , prioritize Roadmap items and ensure adequate coordination with stakeholders including Engineering.
- Provide technical knowledge and guidance to the team on strategy for Supply Chain Insights and Decisions.
- Write requirement and design documents. Work with go-to-market teams and other business units to ensure customer requriements are addressed.
- update exec team on progress , highlight achievements.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
