What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the buying process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your performance will be key to unlocking growth opportunities within the company, as you will be eligible for merit increases based on your contributions.
