You'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent in Engineering, Science, and Product roles. This position requires strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
You have extensive experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on engineering and product roles. Your ability to guide stakeholders through unique situations and sensitivities sets you apart — you understand the nuances of hiring in a competitive market and can provide empathetic solutions. You are data-driven, regularly assessing recruitment metrics to ensure reliability and effectiveness in your strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to communicate complex data into comprehensive narratives that inform hiring decisions. You possess strong business acumen, understanding the interdependencies between various functions and adjusting your recruiting strategies accordingly. You are proactive in reviewing assessment processes and realigning them with hiring managers to overcome bottlenecks. Your solid understanding of talent distribution enables you to manage pipelines effectively and ensure a diverse range of candidates.
Experience with innovative recruitment strategies and tools would be a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in talent acquisition and employer branding can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in data analysis or experience with recruitment software can also be beneficial.
